FanFight | India Tour of Australia 2018-19 | Schedule, Squads, Live Scores & Results

India Tour of Australia 2018-19: The series down under has always been a test for the men in blue. The Aussies were unbeatable until the late 90’s but the early 2000’s saw Sourav Ganguly’s India challenge the Australian might with aplomb. The year 2011 was probably India’s weakest display in the recent years in the Australian continent. The Indian contingent had all the batting prowess needed to dethrone Michael Clarke’s men but foreign conditions led to yet another Indian defeat. This time though the Indians are placed highest on the red-ball cricket chain. India tour of Australia 2018-19 is all set to commence on the 21st of November. FanFight will feature all the games between these two colossal sides. Play Fantasy Cricket on FanFight and win cash daily. The series is bound to be a cracker & so will the fantasy cricket experience on FanFight.

WHO ARE THE FAVOURITES FOR THIS SERIES

India are the world beaters at the moment in the 5-day format and are taking on a stern English outfit in the European continent. India have all areas covered and the bowling department, which has always been a frailty whilst touring Australia has the finest operators of the red kookaburra. Also, the Aussies will miss the services of Steve Smith and David Warner, two of the finest cricketers of this generation. There’s never a shortage of talent as far as cricket is concerned in Australia but the lack of experience is certain to haunt the Aussies. There’s very little to pick between the two sides in the shorter formats but the Indians seem favourites by a distance in the test format.

HEAD-TO-HEAD IN AUSTRALIA

India have played 44 tests in Australia, won only 5, lost 28 and 11 matches have finished in a stalemate. The men in blue last won a test in Australia in the year 2008. They beat the Aussies at Perth by 72 runs. India play the Aussies from the 21st of November 2018 to the 18th of January 2019. The teams play 3 T20Is, 4 Tests and 3 ODIs in this period.

SQUADS FOR INDIA TOUR OF AUSTRALIA 2018-19

The squads for the series haven’t been announced yet. But the likes of Steve Smith, David Warner and Cameron Bancroft won’t be eligible for selection after the sandpaper saga in the rainbow nation.
